Nothing New Zealand Limited ("we", "us") runs this website and makes apps. This explains what personal information we collect through the website and by email, and your rights over it under New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, listed below.
This website
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking, and doesn't load anything from other companies. Like most web servers, ours keeps a log of requests, including your IP address, the page requested and your browser's name. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure, and they're deleted after about six months.
If you email us, we use your email address and what you send only to reply to you and help with your question. We keep it for as long as we need to for that.

Your rights
We don't sell your information. You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, at support@nothing.co.nz. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
We'll update the date above if this statement changes materially.
